Something Better

Right, anything could be better than that last post... so let's have a go at it, shall we?

Now is the time during the holidays when I lose all ideas about what I'm going to do. I'm practically doing the same thing each day, either I'm on the laptop for the whole day, or watching something on a DVD... usually I have a giant list of what I'm looking forward to doing during the holidays, but now... nothing. I need a change of pace...

And now I just feel like the motivation has gone, too. It's quite depressing, actually. I just wish I could "feel like doing something exciting outside", but I have something a bit more mundane to do, like today for instance where I did my ironing while watching special features of DVDs. Yes, my week has been that bad.

But I have been writing. No, I haven't been bottling up emotions, I was out of ideas on Wednesday partially due to me writing up so many other blog posts (saved for the right moment) I completely ran out of typing energy to do anymore. But I'm sure that when I get to University I'll have plenty of stuff to type about (19 days left and counting!). Luckily I'm visiting a friend in a few days, so things are looking up, right?

And I know the extended family are going out here and there, I would join you... seriously; I've just done it before. Like I said, I would like to do something a bit newer these holidays. That's why I suggested geocaching, but without a GPS it's a little hopeless. There's dozens of caches on the Kapiti Coast, and I could be finding them already! Something slipped up somewhere...

I've got to go to work tomorrow, but maybe on Friday I'll work on the music video. That'll keep me entertained for a bit. And speaking of entertainment...

The Final Section
What I've Stumbled Upon: This is sand. Literally. Another alternative art creation site that worth a look - Click Here.
What I'm Watching: A little mid-week comedy pick-me-up, a short stand-up routine performed by the late Mitch Hedberg at the Just For Laughs festival.

Geocaching is like a modern version of treasure hunting. All around the world there are little boxes that people hide, with odd little trinkets.
On this website you get the coordinates, load them on your GPS, and if you find one the idea is to take something and leave something else for someone else to take.

And unfortunately you'll need to come in, we need to take contact details. And to all those out there that have no idea about what we're talking about:

20 down, 20 off!
Pre-order any game from Harvey Norman, put $20 down, and recieve $20 off the purchase price!

Which means if you put down $20 it's like paying $40. It's $20 cheaper, people!

P.S. There are about 10 caches within one kilometer of your street, btw.
