Moving On Upwardlyish Again

Too much change in the last week for me to handle!
Residency, Relationships, Revenue... it's all explained inside!

So let's start with our house being sold. Yep, I will be going home to a new home, after 16 years of residency. A little sad to be moving away, since the house is pretty much the only one I remember; before I was 2 I lived in a house in Island Bay, but I don't recall much from that.

And the move comes in good time, I guess... since my dad's girlfriend has now become dad's fiancée. Yes, it's true, they've been engaged since mid-July, and the new housing arrangement comes so that both sets of kids can reside an an environment that doesn't require shifting of bedding arrangements.

And lastly, I have been put on a 3 week trial at Number Works 'n words as a math tutor, with a bit of luck it'll be another source of income to help pay off the student loan further down the track.

Well this week we have a couple of assignments due, I start work, and uh... yeah.

Oh wait, it's birthday season!

Yes, every August in our family we have three (now four) different days when we celebrate a birthday, including mine. And that means I'm turning 18 soon, and that means... well, I'm not quite sure yet, but I'll let you know when it happens. Contrary to previous years I actually had time to write up a list of things I wanted, but uncontrary to previous years certain events have prevented me from presenting such a list to anyone in a positive environment. Perhaps Christmas...
